Returns & Refunds
- Except for our errors (wrong or missing items), all sales are final once the order has been dispatched.
- If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, contact customer service within 7 days of receipt with photos.
- Refunds, when approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
- Perishable goods, opened coffee bags, and personalized items are not eligible for return.

Events & Workshops
Changes in Attendance
- Reduction in participants: Fees already paid are non-refundable. For private group bookings, if notice is given less than one week in advance, charges will be based on the originally confirmed number.
- Additional participants: Please notify us as early as possible; additional fees will apply per person.
Cancellation Policy
- If you wish to cancel, please notify us as early as possible. Fees already paid are non-refundable.
- If an event is cancelled due to force majeure, we will offer a free reschedule or postponement.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee Nomad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website, products, or services.
